Our Erin Mills Branch Moved! Our Erin Mills Branch at 5100 Erin Mills Parkway relocated to 113 Queen Street South in Streetsville, Mississauga. The Erin Mills branch closed on November 25, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and re-opened at our new Streetsville location on December 1, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.

DUCA has 19 full-service branches and ATMs across Southern Ontario. Members can use their DUCA Debit Card at any ATM on THE EXCHANGE® network, with access to over 3,000 surcharge-free ATMs across Canada. These ATMs allow you to withdraw cash, change your PIN, transfer funds, check balances, and make deposits. Please note: DUCA ATMs dispense and accept Canadian dollars only and do not handle coins.

With over 3,000 free THE EXCHANGE® ATMs across Canada, you can complete a cash withdrawl, change your PIN, initiate transfers, perform balance inquiries and make deposits without paying additional surcharges. Please note that all DUCA ATMs accept and dispense Canadian dollars only, and they do not handle coins. In the United States, cardholders have access to over 40,000 free ATMs through the Allpoint network.
