Our Board of Directors are elected positions and are here to serve you.
Members of DUCA are Owners and have a right to influence the governance of our Credit Union through the annual Board of Directors Call for Nominations and Elections.
Every year in November, the DUCA Board Elections Committee raises awareness of the upcoming Board of Directors Nominations period through a Call for Nominations. A Candidate Information & Voting Instructions package is mailed to Members in late January/early February. A sample of the Director Candidate Information Guide from 2022 can be found here.
