Use your DUCA Debit Card to withdraw cash, make a deposit or check your balances without charge at:

- any ATM across Canada that's part of THE EXCHANGE® network. (Find the closest THE EXCHANGE® ATM closest to you through this convenient app!)
You can also use your DUCA Debit Card DUCA wherever the Cirrus®, Interac® and ACCEL® logos are displayed.
In a rush? Our Debit Cards have Interac Flash® capability allowing you to simply tap and go for purchases under $100. If your card doesn't have the Interac Flash® icon and you'd like the ability to make contactless transactions, please visit your branch.

Member Connect Centre
The Member Connect Centre is like visiting a branch, but over the phone. DUCA representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8am - 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am - 5pm to help you with your banking needs, no matter where you are. Call 1.866.900.DUCA(3822).
