As a DUCA Member who is a part owner of our organization, your input and active involvement in our governance are both welcome and needed. Here is an excellent opportunity to make a difference at DUCA: The annual Board of Directors Candidate Nominations.
Nominations for Board Director Candidates Opens November 13
You will receive your "Call for Nominations" package in the mail shortly. This package contains important information on the Board of Directors nomination process including:
- A candidate's required and desired qualifications
- The nomination, election, and announcement timeline
- Nomination rules
There's more and we ask that you review your Call for Nominations package as well as the Director Candidate Information Guide for more details. (Copies of the Guide are also available at a DUCA branch.)
The nomination period will be open from November 13 until 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2017.
