Signing up is easy.
Pick up an application form at any of our branches or download the application now. You can submit your completed application by fax to 416-223-2575 or in person at any DUCA location. Once your application is processed we will contact you to set up your access code for the online banking program.

To activate your DUCA OnLine banking account you can do so in branch or by calling 1-866-900-DUCA. Your online banking program information also corresponds to your Telephone Teller service.
