Home Insurance
Home Insurance Plan* coverage is eligible to anyone living in a house, condominium or apartment. It provides protection from theft, damage or disaster to your home, detached private structures and outbuildings including garages, personal property and contents of your home, plus additional living expenses.

In the event you make a claim, in addition to your living expenses or contents, we cover the current replacement cost of your property. There are no depreciation assessments - subject to the deductable.

Home Insurance Plan* members are eligible for the following discounts:

• Neighbourhood Watch area discount
• Mortgage-free discount
• New home discount for homes less than 12 years old
• Alarm discount with a centrally monitored burglar alarm
• Claim-free discount if you've been claim-free for three years
• Discount if you are 55 or over
• Up to 10 per cent additional discount maximum when you combine Auto Insurance and Home Insurance plans*

Auto Insurance
Auto Insurance Plan* gives you a caring claims team that is waiting to help you with your claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week anywhere in North America. Coverage includes many types of private passenger vehicles including cars, snow vehicles, motorcycles, and trailers.

You receive standard coverage and endorsements for:

• Third Party Liability - standard limit is $1-million
• Accident benefits
• Collision
• Comprehensive
• Underinsured motorist coverage
• Loss of use
• Physical damage extension
• Driving record protector
• Liability for non-owned automobiles

Auto Insurance Plan members are eligible for the following discounts:

• Multi-vehicle discount: when you insure more than one vehicle on the same policy
• Anti-theft device discount when installed in your vehicle
• Student discount if your son or daughter is away at school
• Up to a 15 per cent maximum discount when you combine our Auto and Home Insurance plans together
